Governor Moore did not show up to last year's Black History parade in Baltimore, his largest jurisdiction; instead, he spent it with something called the Caucasian caucus, so the bets are pouring in on what will he do this year? From the barber shops to the neighborhood aunties, everyone has a theory, especially since he has been so visible lately, but still not touching the core issues of the lives of everyday blacks in Baltimore. And if he does not show, hopefully there will be a reporter in attendance who understands what was on the line and will be able to record the best "Call Out" that's worthy of a screenshot.
